Bone cancer does not know any age barrier. It affects people from 10 years to 100 years. It occurs in different parts of the body. In bone cancer, tumor may occur in the bone marrow, tendons or ligaments. It may also occur right in the middle of a bone.
It causes tremendous pain. It is easy to decipher that since a simple fracture makes one writhe in pain. Bones are pretty hard and so any aberration on them would be painful. Bone cancer patients generally feel the pin while sleeping and take too many turns at night. This is an active symptom. They may also sweat even in an air-conditioned room.
Their diet goes awry. There is a definite loss of weight. There is a malaria-like chill along with fever at good rate if not frequently. The tumor does not stay in the original area but spreads through common contact of internal organs and blood flow. It begins to necessitate erratic behavior in other organs as well.
The taste also becomes metallic. It becomes hard to point out whether a food is spicy or sweet. There is an acidic tinge in food. This is a genuine symptom as well foreboding bone cancer.
