Whatever we eat, gets deposited into our large intestine. It then administers it out of the body after taking useful substances from the fecal matter. Sometimes, in a person with unhealthy bowel habits, fecal matter of ten different meals stay in the intestine; evaporates in the blood stream and cause havoc.

They also react with rills in the intestine called vilia. They start growing and form a tumor-like structure in the intestine. It is cancerous and known as colorectal cancer.

It is clearly helped on its way by constipation. Junk and oily foods have such large fat deposits that it gets hard to remove out. Water intake helps but only up to a certain level. Antioxidants help a great deal in reducing the terror of colon cancer.

Eating fibers is the best way of prevention. It does contain roughage. It keeps good care of the internal parasites in the intestine. Eating broccoli, okra, and other fibrous food with a good does of water will generally ensure that bowel movements are fine.

Constipation is a pseudo-disease but it makes a person very irritated. He may lose hair or his hairs may turn prematurely gray. These are other problems of constipation along with colorectal cancer.
