Facts about prostrate cancer are:
1. Prostrate cancer is uncontrolled growth of cells leading to the formation of tumor in the prostate gland. Initially when the tumors grow there are no early symptoms.
2. Black men are more vulnerable to prostrate cancer as compared to white men.
3. After lung cancer, prostrate cancer is most commonly found in men.
4. Prostrate cancer occurs after the men crosses 50 years of age and majority of prostrate cancer cases are men above 65 years of age.
5. Difficulty to start urinating, reduction in force of urine ejection, repetitive urination, droplets of urine falling even after you finished urination, blood flow along with urine , pain at the time of ejaculation are some of the symptoms of prostrate cancer which men must know.
6. The prostrate cancer starts developing in the prostate gland of men and slowly it spread to the other parts of the body especially bones and lymph nodes.
7. The main cause for prostate cancer is still unknown but age, hormonal imbalance, genetics, toxic chemicals from industries are considered to be the factors for causing prostate cancer. Smoking and diet are also responsible for increasing the risk of prostate cancer.
